Why We Built This Site
Mississippi court records can be difficult to route because custody is split. The Amite County Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit Court civil and criminal pleadings, indictments, judgments, process, and certified records. The Chancery Clerk keeps equity, family, estate, guardianship, adoption, land, and Youth Court-related records. The Justice Court Clerk keeps lower-court traffic, misdemeanor, DUI, felony-preliminary, small-claims, and other Justice Court records. Municipal clerks keep their own city court dockets.
Mississippi Electronic Courts and its PAMEC public-access service cover participating Circuit and Chancery electronic cases, not Amite Justice Court or municipal files. That split is the reason a blank electronic search is not proof that a case is absent. The court named on the citation, summons, notice, or order is the right starting point.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource, not a Mississippi court, clerk office, or government agency. It cannot obtain an official docket sheet, change a hearing date, remove or seal a case, issue a certified copy, or provide legal advice. Those actions belong to the court or clerk with custody of the particular case record.
- It cannot verify a current case result without the originating court record.
- It cannot make a PAMEC result a certified copy.
- It cannot route a Justice or municipal case into MEC.
- It cannot determine an appeal destination or deadline without clerk or court confirmation.
- It cannot promise that a fee, availability, or setting has not changed.
Only the clerk or court that maintains the case can issue an official or certified docket, order, judgment, or other court document.
Search Partners
Some pages include search tools operated by third-party providers. Those providers control their own services, terms, pricing, and result displays. A referral fee may be earned when a visitor uses a paid third-party service. That does not make a third-party result an official Amite County court record, and an originating clerk remains the source for verification.
